We believe that diversity enriches our community and enhances the overall experience for everyone involved. As such, we expect all attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and organizers to adhere to the following guidelines.
1. Respect
Treat all individuals with respect, kindness, and consideration. Be mindful of your words and actions, and refrain from engaging in behavior that may be perceived as disrespectful or discriminatory.
2. Inclusivity
Embrace diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the event. Be open to different perspectives, experiences, and ideas, and strive to create a supportive and welcoming atmosphere for all participants.
3. Collaboration
Foster a spirit of collaboration and cooperation among attendees. Share knowledge, resources, and expertise generously, and support others in their learning and growth.
4. Safety
Prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants. Be aware of your surroundings and report any concerns or incidents to event organizers promptly. Harassment, intimidation, or any form of threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
5. Professionalism
Conduct yourself professionally at all times. Refrain from engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to excessive drinking, use of illicit substances, or causing damage to property.
